In today’s global and dynamic economy, senior executives must be smart enough to lead – create vision, change and movement, manage effectively – manage order and consistency, but more importantly, be willing and humble enough to learn
from their ecosystem, adapting to the needs and requirements of their clients, their leaders and followers, save they become obsolete.
An old African saying – “Dry sticks cannot bend, they break”. Today’s senior executives must be flexible and malleable save they break under the pressures of the requirements of today.
