    • Client: U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
    • Project: DLA J-8 Stewardship Improvement and Audit Readiness Support.
      • The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA),Office of Comptroller (J-8) requires support to advise and assist DLA in achieving compliance with the legislative, regulatory, and Department of Defense (DoD) mandates for fully auditable financial statement reporting by assessing DLA end to end business policies, operational processes, controls, data, and systems, functional and financial. The goal is to identify deficiencies or gaps between the processes and applicable governing laws, regulations and publications, and best business practices; assist in developing and implementing corrective actions that will result in sustainable compliant processes that improve the effectiveness of DLA operations and value to its customers.
      • Tasks: Provide financial transformation and organizational change management support, business process integration (BPI), business process analysis (BPA), requirements management, data management, independent verification and validation, accounting systems and internal controls support.

 


    • Client: U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information Technology, Architecture Strategy and Design.
    • Project: Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Support.
    • Tasks: Provide strategy, technical and programmatic support to execute the Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Architecture (VA EA) program.
    • Perform complex analyses of VA business processes, organizational structures, and IT capabilities.
    • Provide data collection and analysis services, review and support portfolio management efforts, assist in the formulation and capture of business IT plans and policies, and participate in the execution of enterprise architecture in support of VA enterprise transformation efforts.
    • Define and recommend processes to improve and sustain effective levels of EA service provided.

 


    • Client: Mobitel Limited.
    • Project: Strategy Development and Capital Raising Initiative for a 4G Emerging Markets Telecommunications Company.
    • Tasks: Developed the corporate and strategic business plan for the capital raise program and customer expansion initiative.
    • Work with the strategy and investor relations unit to raise $140m ($68m Debt capital and $72m equity capital) for the company’s 4G telecommunications infrastructure and network expansion.
    • Develop, coordinate and manage the technical and financial due diligence process with analysts such as Analysys Mason and other financial and non-financial institutions as part of the fund raising program.
    • Conduct organizational redesign of the company and develop a corporate dashboard/key performance metrics to provide executive management with an accurate and timely picture of end-to end telecommunications operations.
    • Redesign the Hire to Retire (HR) value chain to improve operational effectiveness and reduce customer wait time by over 60%.
    • Develop the presentations, information memorandum, investor teasers, investor communication and issue resolution strategy for the fund raising program.

    • Project: Strategic and Fund Raising Advisory Services for an Emerging Markets
    • Tasks: Provide Strategic and Fund Raising Advisory Services to the Broron Group
    • Develop comprehensive detailed Business Plans for each of the subsidiary companies that will be acceptable to potential investors and will optimize the overall group position.
    • Development of a Local and International Fund Raising Strategy through critical analysis of the subsidiary and group’s operational, financial models and strategic plans.
